Thriving Learning Communities™ (TLC) is an innovative social and emotional learning (SEL) program that transforms school cultures by leveraging the science of character strengths.

I began working with TLC during its inception stage. It began with a single curriculum guide that was developed in-house by educators for educators and was adopted by a handful of local, pilot schools. Five years, five curriculum guides and dozens of supporting materials later, the program has grown and is now touching thousands of students in schools, world-wide.
